A comprehensive guide to the Chippewa Valley includes information on area attractions, restaurants, hotels, shopping, and recreation.  We will provide your attendees with a complimentary copy.

Registration Assistance
The Chippewa Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau will provide your group with four hours of free registration assistance per 100 attendees.  Our professional staff will assist with distributing welcome packets, checking in attendees, and other registration duties.

Folders or Plastic Bags
Give your attendees a little something extra to remember their visit to the Chippewa Valley.  Folders or plastic bags are available free of charge.

Name Badges
Name badges have a standard pin back and can accommodate up to for lines of text.  Name badges are available free of charge.

Pre-Event Publicity
The Chippewa Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau can help you promote your event.  We have an extensive media list, which includes local and statewide media contacts.  We will compose and send a press release to either or both media lists free of charge to help promote your event.

Visitor Information Booth
The Chippewa Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau will set-up and staff a visitor information booth on-site at your event.  Our friendly staff will hand out information on the Chippewa Valley and answer any questions your attendees my have.  Hours provided are based on need and number of attendees.

The Chippewa Valley Chipmunk
"Chip", the Chippewa Valley Chipmunk is available for your event!  This lovable, huggable Chippewa Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau mascot is available to greet visitors and give hugs!

Welcome Letters / Welcome Speaker
Welcome letters or a welcome speaker is available upon request.  Advance notice is required.
